I am writing this updated review to express my deep appreciation and respect for Fivestar Community Care and Kifah Bulhan. Previously, I had given the company a one-star rating, but I have since changed it to five stars. It is crucial to clarify that the negative experience I had was not the fault of Fivestar Community Care but was due to a problematic support worker.
The support worker in question was extremely greedy and self-serving. She manipulated situations to her advantage, aiming to waste my funds and ultimately stopping the NDIS payments to Fivestar Community Care. Her actions forced me to withdraw from the company, which was an unfortunate and distressing decision. When I informed Kifah about this, she was in tears, a testament to her genuine concern for her clients.
Kifah Bulhan is an exceptionally compassionate and trustworthy individual. Throughout my time with Fivestar Community Care, Kifah demonstrated unwavering dedication and care. She always had my best interests at heart, and it was evident that she genuinely wanted to help me succeed and thrive. My decision to leave the company was influenced solely by the support worker’s behavior and not by any shortcomings of Kifah or Fivestar Community Care.
During my time with Fivestar Community Care, I witnessed firsthand the high level of professionalism and commitment that Kifah and her team bring to their work. Despite the challenges caused by the rogue support worker, Kifah remained supportive and understanding. Her empathy and genuine concern for her clients are qualities that set her apart in the industry.
